1. Make sure that when in the run mode that
the tungsten electrode is touching the back Anode Graphite Electrode.
You should hear a High Pitched Noise.
2. If the High Pitched Noise is not heard you
may have a problem with the back Anode Power Supply board located in
the Jet Power supply Chassis.
This
can be easily checked by disconnecting the wire which is
located on the side of the back Anode
Block. Once you have disconnected the wire then
disconnect the wire from the front Anode Block, Switch the
two wires and reconnect. If you now hear the high
pitched noise when you go into the Run Mode that means the
back Anode Power Supply Board is defective.
