Teflon Mira Mist . . . .$ 975
The best ICP nebulizer available. It is an Enhanced Parallel Path Teflon Nebulizer. Runs 0.2 ml/min to 2.5 ml/min. Excellent mist, and can handle high level of particulates in sample. Fits regular chambers as a direct replacement for glass concentric nebulizers. Operates on standard pressures of 35 - 45 psi. The Teflon Mira Mist can be used for any liquid.

Peek Mira Mist . . . .$ 875
Same as the Teflon Mira Mist, but easier to make than the Teflon Mira Mist, so you save a little. Works for most samples, but not concentrated acids, and not some organic solvents. Still has Teflon capillaries for the samples and for the gas. Standard pressure (45 psi), low sample flow, enhanced parallel path design. Can operate on 0.2 ml/min to 2.5 ml/min. Excellent mist, and can handle high level of particulates in sample. Fits regular chambers as a direct replacement for glass concentric nebulizers.

T2100 . . . .$ 875
A blend of the best features of the Teflon Mira Mist and the T2002. Un-pluggable Huge sample capillary ID of 750 microns (1/32 inch)! Slightly less sensitive and slightly poorer stability than the Mira Mist, but better sensitivity and stability than the T2002. Works for all liquids. Handles high undissolved particle levels and slurries. Standard pressure (45 psi), low sample flow, enhanced parallel path design. Can operate on 0.5 ml/min to 2.5 ml/min. Fits regular chambers as a direct replacement for glass concentric nebulizers.

I recently ordered the Burgener T2100 workhorse nebulizer for my Leeman Profile ICP. I have tried many different brands of nebulizers before and had not much luck with them. Installing the Burgener was a breeze setting up and basically used the same setting I had with the existing Hybrid nebulizer I was using. I must say I was hesitant about changing the nebulizer, but I was having difficulties with wash out times and stability with the one I was using.
When peaking Mn with the Hybrid nebulizer, I was only getting about 862,000 counts for 10 ppm Mn. Now with the T2100 I am getting close to 3,000,000 counts for 10ppm Mn. With the increased sensitivity, my detection limit has also improved dramatically. Some elements like Ag, Na, W were taking the instrument as long as 30 minutes to wash out. With this T2100, wash out time was only 15-30 seconds max. That alone is worth the change and has helped get samples out faster to clients.
I would recommend the Burgener to anybody looking for better performance from their instrumentation.

Very low sample flow, enhanced parallel path design. Standard pressure (40 - 50 psi). Black PEEK body, Teflon sample and gas capillaries. Can operate on 0.050 ml/min to 1.0 ml/min. Good for ICP and ICP/MS. Only for samples that are particulate free. Fits regular chambers as a direct replacement for glass concentric nebulizers.

Only for samples that are particulate free. Fits regular chambers as a direct replacement for glass concentric nebulizers. When run at 10 to 15 ul/min it provides similar results to direct injection nebulizers, without the difficulties of direct injection.
